The first session of each package will be a Comprehensive Fitness Assessment.
In order to provide the best fitness program for you, a personal trainer may conduct select fitness tests. These tests may target specific aspects of your fitness program. You may request a follow-up Comprehensive Fitness Assessment at any time in lieu of a personal training session.

All Semi-Private personal training packages are for two people and the cost of the package may be paid separately or by the same person
- Fall and Spring semester passes begin the first day of classes and end on the last day of class.
- Summer Session 1 Semester Package will be Wednesday, May 16 – Wednesday, June 20.
- Summer Session 2 Semester Package sessions will be Monday, June 25 – Friday, July 27.
- Semester package allows for the 3 session/week.
- Personal Training sessions are not guaranteed during University Sanctioned Holidays, such as Memorial Day and Independence Day.
- All session packages expire within 6 months of purchase.
