Set a goal and make it happen through Small Group Training. We are dedicated to creating opportunities for the community to find success in their pursuit of optimal health and fitness.

Small Group Training is an excellent way to build a community to find success in your pursuit of optimal health and fitness, such as learning to navigate the weight room like a pro or building the strength and stability to perform arm balancing in yoga. These courses are progressive and build each week for a programmed, effective means of achieving your goal. Small Group Training combines the motivation of group fitness with the personalization of individualized programming to amplify results.
