Small Group Training

Set a goal and make it happen through Small Group Training. We are dedicated to creating opportunities for the community to find success in their pursuit of optimal health and fitness. Train for your first half marathon or build the strength and stability to perform arm balancing in yoga. These courses are progressive and build each week for a programmed, effective means of achieving your goal. Small Group Training combines the motivation of group fitness with the personalization of individualized programming to amplify results.

Metabolic Madness

Yoga: Inversions & Arm Balances

Flip your world upside down, while building strength and enhancing your mobility. This course is designed to progress your upper body strength and core stability to build confident arm balances and inversions including handstands.

Half Marathon Training

Women & Weights

Iron Wolf Triathlon Training

This class will include indoor cycling, swimming and indoor/outdoor running sessions to dynamically train cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. The 7 week sessions will conclude with a mini-triathalon.
